Error 502 Bad Gateway
A 502 Bad Gateway blocks your access to Halingo. Here is what the error means and what you can do.
What the error means
A 502 Bad Gateway usually points to a network or server problem. Sometimes the cause sits with the user. It is the server’s way of saying that something went wrong.
What you can do
- Reload the page. Wait a minute, then reload with F5 or Ctrl + F5. If the server is briefly overloaded, Halingo comes back online by itself after a few seconds.
- Try another browser to rule out the browser as the cause.
- Report the problem to our helpdesk so we can check the cause and fix the error. You can also write to us at info@halingo.be.
