Your appointments at a glance
The calendar is linked to the patient file and to invoicing, so the information you need is already with the appointment. You plan recurring appointments in one go, and you decide when they stop: after a number of sessions or after a date.
The patient file
One file per patient, with general details, reimbursement, invoicing, reports and therapy plans. That way you follow up every speech therapy file without looking in several systems.
Keeping your reports
Upload reports, download them or write them in Halingo itself. Your therapy preparation is in the same place as the file.
Practice chat
Chat with the therapists of your practice, without opening a separate application.
Chapter 2
Money and RIZIV.
Invoices, certificates of care, third-party payer statements and the social status.
Invoices and certificates
Both are created automatically. Halingo keeps the certificate number per invoice, including the number of a duplicate. Your income, your commission and your outstanding accounts sit in one overview, so you see who still has to pay.

For patients under a third-party payer arrangement you draw up the third-party payer statement per patient or per health fund. Halingo adds the certificate numbers and keeps the status of the third-party payer component.

The appointment type and the therapy location determine the nomenclature code on the certificate. Halingo fills in the maximum number of sessions per reimbursement according to the RIZIV rules, and we keep the convention tariffs up to date.

When the reimbursement of a patient is close to running out, Halingo notifies you. That way you are in time with the extension.
